Open Settings → About → Activate (or click Activate Now on the demo banner), tick the Terms box and choose Request my license online. Enter your business name and phone or WhatsApp number; your computer ID is added for you. Message us on WhatsApp with the reference shown in the app to arrange payment. When we approve the request, Bajori Pro activates by itself. If the computer has no internet, message us its computer ID instead and import the activation file we send, using Import license file.

We approve a request after payment is confirmed. You can keep using Bajori Pro meanwhile, and it activates by itself as soon as it is approved. Click Check now on the waiting screen to look straight away, and message us your reference on WhatsApp if it takes long.

1) On the old computer open Settings → Data and choose Backup now. 2) Copy the backup file to the new computer, for example on a USB drive. 3) Install Bajori Pro on the new computer, open Settings → About → Activate, choose Request my license online, tick I already bought Bajori Pro and enter your old licence number (shown under Settings → About on the old computer). It is free, and the old licence ends once the new one is approved. 4) Bajori Pro activates by itself when we approve it. If the new computer has no internet, message us its computer ID on WhatsApp and import the activation file we send. 5) Settings → Data → Restore from file, and pick your backup. Your App Lock PIN is not carried over, so set a new one.

On most computers your licence keeps working after a clean Windows install, because the computer’s ID comes from the motherboard. If Bajori Pro shows demo mode afterwards (some computers have no usable motherboard ID), you can activate again free of charge. Open Settings → About → Activate, choose Request my license online, tick I already bought Bajori Pro and enter your licence number. Without internet, message us the new computer ID on WhatsApp instead. Your data file is never deleted by Bajori Pro. If you backed up before reinstalling, restore the backup after you activate.

Choose “Forgot PIN” on the lock screen and message us. We will help you set a new one.

Settings → Data → Backup now. Bajori Pro also backs up automatically each day. Choose a backup folder on another drive, such as a USB drive or a cloud-synced folder, so a lost or damaged computer does not take your backups with it.

Open Settings → About and click Check for updates. If a newer version is available and included in your licence, click Update now. Bajori Pro downloads it, checks it, asks you to confirm, then closes, installs it and opens again. It never installs anything without your confirmation. You can also download new versions from this website. Take a manual backup first. Your data and settings are kept.

Use Undo right after deleting, or open History and restore it.
