The Bajori Pro app

The app never sends your business records (stock, invoices, customers, prices or backups) to us or to anyone else, and it has no advertising or analytics. It works fully offline. It goes online only for a few small checks: to ask which version is newest (sending the version number and a random installation ID that does not name you or your business); and, once your licence is activated, to send your licence number, computer ID and that installation ID to confirm the licence is still valid and to spot a licence used on several computers. If you choose “Request my license” in the app, it also sends the business details you type and your computer ID. Our server can see your IP address, as any website can. Your records are stored in a file on your own computer. We never receive them, cannot see them and cannot recover them.

When you buy, activate or ask for support

We keep your name, contact details or WhatsApp number, business name, licence number, computer ID and purchase details. We use them to issue your licence, give you support and prevent misuse. We do not sell this information.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability. If you message us through WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation so we can support you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. Contact support@bajori.app.
