Yes. An item can have a stock unit and additional units, and invoices and purchases get a unit picker on each line. Stock converts automatically.
Can I track what I owe my suppliers?
Yes. Debit tracks supplier balances, and purchases can be paid in full or in part.
How do I move my existing stock list in?
Export it from your current system as a CSV file and import it after you activate.
